During the recession, many first-time homebuyers faced a daunting experience in understanding the new rules for purchasing a home.  The first challenge was trust and communication since most bank loans weren’t easy to understand. In comes Bank of America as the leader in the home lending industry to make all this simpler, transparent, and friendlier to the consumer.

The Bank of America Home Loans Guide is an educational interactive experience. It was a step by step process with easy to understand terminology.  At the end of the process, the homebuyer can bring the finalized sheet to any branch to discuss getting a home loan approved.

Creating the UI and visual design was all based on Bank of America’s branding. Each interface was designed to be simple, clean, and easy to understand.
