Star Wars Uprising, the mobile game, was set to make its debut. A pre-reg site was made to promote the game, giving audiences interactive pieces, sneak peeks, and detailed information on what’s to come. As a bonus, every new user registered would get a free Stormtrooper helmet for their characters.
The process started with raw wireframes and then headed to more detailed flow for users. Finally, the finishing Star Wars brand touches were added. The team worked closely with Lucasfilm’s strict brand guidelines, as well as the game development studios to ensure the art was aligned with the upcoming title.
The promotion was a success, helping the game reach #1 on both Apple and Google storefronts at launch.
